Shipping policy

Made to order

Every product is 3D-printed after you order it. Orders are printed, checked and dispatched within 3–5 working days of your order being confirmed and paid. Custom orders follow the timeline in your quote.

Where we ship

We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India. We currently do not ship internationally. If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you and refund any amount paid.

Delivery time

We ship through Shiprocket and its courier partners. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–8 days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by holidays, weather or courier delays.

Shipping charges

• Orders of ₹999 or more: free shipping.
• Orders below that: a flat ₹79 shipping charge.

The shipping charge is shown in your cart before you place your order.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we send the tracking number and link on WhatsApp (and email, if provided).

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is not offered at the moment, as every item is printed specially for you.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please record a video while opening your parcel. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery — see our Refund & cancellation policy.
