Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you use www.theanokha.com or order from The Anokha, operated by [Legal name], Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

• All products are 3D-printed in PLA or the material stated, to order. Visible layer lines and small variations in colour and finish are normal and not defects.
• Photos are for illustration; the colour on your screen may differ slightly from the real print.
• PLA softens above about 50°C. Products are decorative or for light everyday use, are not food-safe, and are not toys for children under 3 unless stated.

Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is shown separately in your cart. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed for your order won't change.

Orders and payment

• Placing an order on WhatsApp is a request to buy. The order is accepted only when we confirm it and receive payment.
• Payments are made through Razorpay, UPI or another method we confirm with you. We never ask for your card details, OTP or UPI PIN over chat.
• We may decline an order, for example if an item can't be printed or a PIN code isn't serviceable. Any amount paid is then refunded in full.

Custom orders

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any design, image or idea you send us. We do not print copyrighted characters, brand logos or items that break the law, and may refuse any request.

Intellectual property

The designs, photos and text on this website belong to The Anokha. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for misuse of a product or damage caused by heat, force or use outside its purpose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
